WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unhappy with the purchased product, you can return it within 20 days for a full refund. Items are to be in a new condition upon arrival back to Things from Israel.  

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can make purchases on our website using a credit card via the secure PayPal platform or we are able to create invoices for purchases' over $50 NZD. Invoices can be paid via bank deposit or cheque. Please note, invoiced orders will only be shipped once funds have cleared.      

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We send all of our products within 2 days (stock allowing). However, if it states in the product blurb that it is coming from Israel directly, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please contact us if you need your order by a set date.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

Shipping for all orders over $24 NZD placed through our website is free throughout New Zealand and Australia. If you are from outside of these countries please contact us before you place your order for specific rates.

I'M AFTER A SPECIFIC PRODUCT NOT ON YOUR SITE?

We have access to a wide variety of products from a number of suppliers. If you have a specific request please feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
