The New Jerusalem Anointing Oil Prince of Peace Essential Oil

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Israel and Myrrh

Myrrh comes from the word, marar, meaning to be grieved, make bitter. The acquisition of myrrh was done by deliberately slicing of the bark of the myrrh tree so that the precious resin oozes and trickles out. The resin hardens into drops called “tears” as mentioned already. These hardened tears are then detached from the tree two weeks later. New wounds are made in the same places as old ones from previous cuts. If the tapping interval is short, then a slight scratching of the wood is usually sufficient to cause the resin to flow again. Intervals between individual tappings, vary according to the species and the customs in the area of production. The production season lasts between 3 to 4 months with approximately 15 day tapping intervals.

Myrrh’s fragrance is sweet to the smell but bitter to the taste, which reminds us of the sweetness of our redemption but the bitter price that Yeshua paid to accomplish our salvation Queen Esther was prepared for her king with the oil of myrrh.

She submitted to close inspections, scrubbing and attendance by those assigned to her. She died to her own desires and followed her uncle’s instructions not to reveal her identity (nationality and orphaned status) and she did not request anything accept that which the king’s eunuch suggested.

Myrrh speaks of faithfulness and an unwavering commitment to the calling we have received. We see in the life Of Yeshua how this way of living delivered to us the peace that surpasses all understanding.

For this reason we dedicate this oil to Yeshua our Prince of Peace.
